Today is National White Chocolate Day according to some food calendars and it was yesterday on others. Either way, that’s reason enough to celebrate for me. If you’ve been following Simply Southern Baking for any length of time, you know I’m a white chocolate fanatic to the max! I’m talking PURE white chocolate made with cocoa butter. Whenever I’m ready to order dessert while eating out and see any kind of white chocolate treat on the menu, that’s all she wrote folks…I don’t need to look any further. I’d be a happy camper if the white chocolate M&M’s were available all year instead of the spring and fall. Come on and join the celebration with me. Take a peek at six of my white chocolate recipes.
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cashew Bars – made with white chocolate chunks, peanut butter chips and honey roasted cashews
White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge Brownie Bites – filled with fresh chopped strawberries, topped with hot fudge and melted white chocolate
White Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream – easy-to-make ice cream made with white chocolate cream cheese spread and fresh chopped cherries with hot fudge swirled throughout

Peanut Butter Crunch White Chocolate Candy Bark – 4 ingredient candy bark made with vanilla almond bark, crushed peanut butter cereal, peanut butter chips and white chocolate M&M’s. Perfect time to make this since the white chocolate candy corn M&M’s are out now.
