A new cookbook filled lots of recipes for sweet summer baking.
Whether you’re spending time this summer on the beach or just wishing you were, there’s a new cookbook out that will make the season a little sweeter for you. In Beach House Baking: An Endless Summer of Delicious Desserts, pastry chef Lei Shishak shares popular recipes from her Sugar Blossom Bake Shop in the beach town of San Clemente, California. Her desserts will transport you to beaches and tropical paradises you may dream of visiting.
The 216 page book is filled with recipes for morning treats, cupcakes, cookies, frozen pops, ice cream sandwiches, pies, crisps, beverages and more. There are lots of larger than life photos that make you want to dive right in. Here’s a peak at some of the recipes included in this cookbook:
