A cookbook with 80 recipes for easy from-scratch desserts and treats.

Quick-Shop-&-Prep 5 Ingredient Baking Cookbook

Are you looking for some easy baking recipes to add to your collection?  Check out the new Quick-Shop-&-Prep 5 Ingredient Baking Cookbook written by Jennifer McHenry, creator of the popular baking blog Bake or Break.

The recipes in this cookbook only require the addition of two, three, four or five ingredients to what a baker already keeps in their pantry (flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder & soda, vanilla and basic spices).  A list of two to five extra ingredients is shown at the top of every recipe to make it easy for you to see what you need to add to your shopping list to make the recipe.

Each section in this book is arranged by the number of ingredients you need to add to the basic items in your baker’s pantry.  Take a peek at some of the scrumptious baked goods (by section) included in this cookbook.

I have an issue with picking just one favorite thing to bake!! LOL I love baking anything and everything! If I had to pick a favorite I would say it would be my grandma’s Bohemian Kolaches. Every time I make them I remember back to be a little girl in my great grandmas kitchen and helping my great grandma Mamie, grandma Helen and my mom Karen make the Kolaches. Even all of the fillings were made from scratch!! My two favorties were poppy seed and cottage cheese. For me, baking is a part of keep my family’s heritage and memories alive! :-)
