My ten most popular recipes from 2011 to 2016.

Top 10 Most Popular Recipes

With almost 5 years of blogging under my belt, I thought it would be fun to find out what my most popular recipes have been since the beginning and share them with you.   So….I checked my analytics and plugged in a date range of viewed recipes from my first post until now.

Let me know if your favorite made the top ten.  If not, tell me what your favorite is from all my recipes.  I’d love to know either way.

To keep you guessing, I’m starting with #10 and counting down to #1.

Drum roll please…….

Peanut Butter Chocolate Mounds new

#10 – Peanut Butter Chocolate Mounds

I’ve been making these cookies for more years than I care to admit and they happen to be the very first recipe I shared on my site.  This is the ultimate cookie for peanut butter and chocolate lovers, especially when you let them cool for just a little bit.  You’ll bite into a warm chocolate kiss center and will be grabbing another one quickly!

Caramel Pecan Ice Cream Muffins new

#9 – Caramel Pecan Ice Cream Muffins

Yes, there’s ice cream in the muffins!  All it takes is self-rising flour and ice cream to make the muffins themselves plus 4 more ingredients for the streusel topping.

Chewy Smores Blondies

#8 – Chewy S’mores Blondies

A different twist on s’mores.  There’s chewy goodness in these blondies made with chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, S’mores Pop Tarts and more.  Great recipe for a bake sale or to take to a picnic.

Cookies and Cream Crunch Cookie Bites

#7 – Cookies & Cream Crunch Cookie Bites

An easy recipe that starts with a sugar cookie mix.  Wait until you bite into the cookie and find a surprise candy kiss inside.  Mmmmm!

Cheddar Apple Biscuits new

#6 – Cheddar Apple Biscuits

These biscuits are over-the-top!  Mix sharp cheddar cheese, apple and a little sugar into a buttermilk biscuit base, bake and top with a sweet apple glaze.  You can eat these any time of day.

Sweet and Crunchy Fall Trail Mix new

#5 – Sweet & Crunchy Fall Trail Mix

With only 5 ingredients, this trail mix can be thrown together in a flash!  The kids would love finding this in their lunch box.

Coconut Cookie Butter Sandwich Cookies

#4 – Coconut Cookie Butter Sandwich Cookies

These 3-ingredient no-bake cookies are easy to make and soooo addictive!  Trust me.  You might want to make a double batch and keep the second one all for yourself.

Easy Brunswick Stew

#3 – Easy Brunswick Stew

When you start with ready-made cooked pork and chicken, this stew is breeze to make.  Just add cornbread or biscuits and you’ve got a hearty one-dish dinner.

Red Velvet Cake Trifle new

#2 – Red Velvet Cake Trifle

A red velvet caked turned inside out.  Just scoop it up and serve on a plate or in a bowl.  This is another one of my early recipes….I should’ve taken the shot before I refrigerated it.

And for THE top recipe….another drum roll…..

Orange Creamsicle Rice Krispies Treats new

#1 – Orange Creamsicle Rice Krispies Treats

Reminiscent of eating an old-fashioned Creamsicle treat from the ice cream man.  This recipe has really made the rounds on the internet on numerous sites.  Southern Living included it online and in their magazine (under the name Orange Dreamsicle Crispy Treats).

That’s it folks.  Remember….let me know if your favorite is here.

Happy Baking and Cooking!

Tried to post this and don’t think it went. I did try the muffins and thought they would not be good due to the number of ingredients and they were very good and so simple. Thanks for that recipe it is a go to in a hurry… Sandi.
