It’s time for another Table Talk chat where I share whatever comes to mind. Don’t miss out….make sure to read everything. I’ve found some great online links to share with you.
Do you ever find yourself on the road during a beautiful sunrise or sunset and wish you were in the passenger seat to take a picture? We were on the road early one morning (hubby was driving) when the sun was coming up and had finally come to a clearing where I snapped this picture. Don’t you just love sunrise and sunset? You can take the same shot on different days and get completely different looks of the sky God paints for us.
For all you Minions fans out there (and that includes me), this Minion was in the window of a bakery we passed by. It’s all cake! Now that takes a lot of talent.
Remember all the hamster commercials for the Kia Soul? They were some of the best commercials and we never got tired of watching them. When we saw this car at a flea market some time back, we both reached for our phone to take pictures. Wouldn’t this car be fun to drive around town?
My sister’s dog, Fergie, was playing with her new toys when I snapped this picture. Isn’t she just pure sweetness? As soon as I walk in the door, she immediately goes and gets one of her toys to bring to me. But, as I try and grab it to throw down the hall for her to fetch, she starts to walk away like she doesn’t want me to have it. When I finally get it from her, she’s as happy as can be once I throw it. Would you believe she doesn’t like other dogs? She starts barking up a storm if one comes around. Funny girl!
A new Whole Foods opened in town last month and I was invited to a VIP media event before the grand opening. Our tour was around the perimeter of the store because they were still stocking the shelves. They had all kinds of delicious samples for us to try. It’s a great store with so much to choose from. I’ve already been back a few times to take advantage of the buy one, get one free items. These pictures were from the media event.
I always like walking around the gift shop at Cracker Barrel after a meal. They have some really neat stuff and a clearance section too. Anyway, have you ever seen something there you thought you’d go back and buy? Well, this cute salt & pepper set was one of those things. But….when I went back to get it, they were all sold out! Boo hoo. Lesson learned….I should’ve bought it when I first saw it.

Last….even though Christmas was two months ago, I still wanted to share these pictures.
Instead of dragging out the BIG tree this year, we had a Christmas tree forest instead. It was much easier to set up and take down….this will most certainly be happening for the next few years at our house. The Christmas mantle is at my sister’s house. As I mentioned previously about her fall mantle, she really has the decorating touch.
What have you been up to lately? I’d love to hear from you.
I’m Robin, the southern girl behind this site who wishes there were more hours in the day!
